I will mail the Blood Sample Kit to you
You will mail your Blood Sample back to clinic in the return envelope provided
I will send you a Text message once I've received your Blood Sample
and invite you to book an appointment online
Full Payment needs to be made online at time of booking
NOTE: Young Children may submit a HAIR sample (with roots attached) instead of a blood sample - please mention this in the Comments Box below.

​How to take a Blood Sample

All New DISTANCE Bioresonance Clients:
You MUST request a Free Blood Sample Kit and follow the Instructions for Booking your Initial Distance Bioresonance Session

    ​Request your FREE Blood Sample Kit

    If you have more Family Members to book in for a Bioresonance Session, please request extra kits and add their Names in the Comment Box. 
    Submit the Form and the Kit with Instructions will be mailed to you.
    ​Young Children - may send a Hair sample (roots attached) instead of blood - just mention it in the Comment box.
