Emotional Release Technique (ERT) is an extremely simple and effective method of identifying and eliminating emotional burdens/ blocks and to reset negative thought patterns that are affecting and often impeding healing and recovery.
When we have unresolved emotional problems, whether conscious or subconscious, they manifest themselves into physical symptoms. When a traumatic event occurs during any stage of your life, our body has the capacity to store that information. Unfortunately, when not dealt with appropriately, these emotional burdens may either consciously or sub-consciously have a negative effect on a person's health or ability to move forward with their life. Over time, unless these emotional burdens are eliminated, chronic illness is often the result.
To address these issues, the body’s health must be approached as a whole and the root emotional causes must be addressed. You cannot treat the symptoms without addressing the cause, and vice-versa.
A great deal of research over the last 10 years has shown that the mind-body connection is very real and that close to 95% of diseases are as a result of what goes on in our thoughts / mind. What we think and believe affects our emotional, intellectual and physical being.
How does ERT work? The practitioner uses specific kinesiology/energetic testing technique (QRA) to determine a "negative belief" and what emotion/s are associated with this belief. We find out when this negative belief was created. We then release the emotion/s associated with the old belief. Easy. It is not confronting, often surprising and most often an enjoyable / joyful experience. There is no need to get into the nitty-gritty of events that occurred in your life. This is not hypnosis or talk-therapy.
ERT has been a very powerful tool in my clinic to assist clients on a truly holistic healing path. Just a single hour-long session can make a huge difference to how you are feeling both physically and emotionally.
After an ERT session clients often report that they feel "lighter", "positive" and "in a good space"...
