Much of the work is done intuitively with the focus of the practitioner on the client being deep and complete, using loving hands and a loving heart.
The practitioner uses their hands, forearms and elbows and moves around the table (using flowing "tai chi/dance"- style movements) to apply soft and deep tissue massage to the whole body. Under-body and full body strokes help to soften the muscles, release tension and promote free and abundant flow of life energy in the recipient. Music is played and the practitioner attunes the flow of the massage to harmonise the various rhythms within the clients’ body and mind.
