about me

I am a natural healer and Naturopath, born in South Africa and living in Australia
​on the beautiful Gold Coast beachfront.
I share my life with my loving husband, Craig and we have two adult children we adore.

Over the years, I have studied and lectured and emersed myself in many healing modalities
that have shaped a unique skillset for doing the work I love to share,
which is helping others just like you, to come back to balance and harmony in body, mind and soul.
